The first step in any of our projects is to engage with our customers and understand their business, their pain points and their goals. Once we understand our clients, we can design a solution to meet their needs. We understand that every client is unique.
In this phase we use all the information gathered in the inception phase to design a unique solution that is focused on addressing our client’s issues and achieving their business goals. Our goal is to ensure a significant return on investment on all of our projects.
Once you’ve reviewed and approved the design, it’s time to build the solution. This involves setting up a development environment where you can preview and test the solution as we build it, so you can be sure the end solution is what you are expecting.
Once the solution is complete in the development environment, we start the QA testing to make sure everything is working and matches the Scope of Work. You will also be given the keys to the website and/or application to give it a full test to make sure it’s built to specifications. We make any final changes that may have been noted during the testing phase prior to making the site live. Once the website or application has been reviewed and approved, we set a date to publish and go live.
On the planned ‘go live’ date and time, we transfer your website or application from a development to a live environment where it is now accessible to the public and we hand you over all login details and any other supporting documentation and/or training videos.
